Successful service for Burckhardt Compression
We carry out numerous installation and service jobs worldwide for Burckhardt Compression every year. In this case, we traveled with our service vehicle to Ferrol, Spain, to prepare the compressor on the LNG bunker vessel Energos Freeze for the planned service.
Due to bad weather and limited space, the 40-ton crankgear was lifted off the ship and transported to a workshop within the shipyard. There, the entire crankgear was dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and all spare parts carefully prepared for reassembly.
The service was carried out in Ferrol, Spain, and was completed within two months. With our international experience and professional approach, we ensure that even the most demanding service projects run smoothly.
